"We had a birthday party at the Elks and it was a wonderful time! Joe was very accommodating and let us in with plenty of time to decorate and set up! "When I went to the Elks the first time as a no-one to help with the mats for Vets I was so welcome by everyone and the Bartender was one of the reasons I came back she was so nice and welcoming to me as a matter of fact everyone there was so welcoming I came back worked on the mates for vets. I enjoyed it and the Elks do so much for others. I joined a great place and friendly place to be and as a woman I am not worried or concerned about going there by myself I feel very safe there. I notice they watch your back there."

Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
